IL-21R - член семейства цитокиновых рецепторов, близко напоминающий IL-2R beta и IL-4R alpha. IL-21R экспрессируется всеми зрелыми лимфоцитами и повышается после активации В- и/или Т-клеток, с наибольшей экспрессией на активированных В-клетках. Функциональный IL-21R состоит из субъединицы IL-21R и гамма-хаина. Связываясь с IL-21, он активирует Jak-1, Jak-3, STAT1, STAT3 и STAT 5 трансдукционный путь.

- Описание The IL-21R is a member of the cytokine receptor family that closely resembles IL-2R beta and IL-4R alpha. IL-21R is expressed by all mature lymphocytes and up-regulated after B and/or T cell activation, with the highest expression by activated B cells. A functional IL-21R consists of the IL-21R subunit and the commone gamma-chaiin. Upon binding to IL-21, it activates Jak-1, Jak-3, STAT1, STAT3 and STAT 5 transduction pathway.
